Customer story

The Challenge

Scotia Plaza is one of Toronto's landmark office and retail complexes, connected directly to the PATH network. Its owners wanted reliable visitor numbers for the entrances and the retail concourse: evidence for leasing conversations, operations, and investment decisions.

The Solution

In 2025, 37 Ariadne sensors went live across the complex: entrance counting beneath the revolving doors on King Street West and Adelaide Street, and ceiling-mounted counting across the PATH-level retail concourse, all delivered through the Ariadne dashboard.

The Impact

The complex now has continuous, building-wide visitor data instead of estimates. After the first phase went live, the engagement moved onto a long-term service agreement, and an expansion to the top of the tower is under discussion.
